RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our number one priority, if for some reason you are not pleased with your order, please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into the issue immediately for you.
Any used, customized, opened, and/or sale items are not eligible for a return.
Any unused and unopened orders may be returned within 14 days of it being marked delivered. Once we receive the returned items, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are approved for a refund, the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable, plus a 10% restocking fee. Items that are returned to us after 14 days of it being marked delivered and your refund has been approved, you will be refunded your item minus shipping cost and 25% restocking fee. The cost of the return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
All personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is confirmed.
Each piece is triple quality assured and inspected by us before we ship. This ensures that your items are not damaged, and is packaged securely and safely. We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and send us an email at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the product if the item is defective or damaged. In your e-mail please provide us with the following:
- Order number
- Photos of damaged items
Once your email has been received we will review and discuss next steps with you via email. Any concerns past the 3 day timeframe, we will not be providing refunds/exchanges.
- We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. There will be an additional re-delivery cost once original package is returned to us.
- Sale items are final sale!
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if we deem the product has been misused or the damage is not a manufactured defect.
